As a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA), Imogene Cathey has presented on various Title IX compliance issues at NACUA conferences and workshops. A significant part of Title IX compliance relates to the requirement that institutions designate an on-campus coordinator to monitor compliance with regard to discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and sexual assault. The course includes instructor-facilitated learning with experienced NACUA member attorneys as well as self-study.
